	The calculations used for early editions of Dove may or may not have been precisely the same
	as those used now, but they are assumed to have been similar. Over the time span of this table
	the average tenor weights have reduced for all numbers of bells. Readers may wish to consider
	both the reasons for, and the effects of, these trends.
