Up The Spiral Staircase
This video was written and directed by Emma Golby-Kirk, who is not a ringer, and was produced by Drew Craddock. The video projects the camaraderie offered by ringing which Emma saw as the essential attraction of ringing.
This probably contrasts with what most ringers consider the attraction of ringing because we probably take the camaraderie for granted. This different emphasis may well make it an effective recruiting tool.
Emma and Drew would like the video to have as wide an audience as possible. While they retain the copyright, the only restrictions are that it may not be edited in any way and the credits must be retained.
To run Up The Spiral Staircase
- Download the following five files (in total about 340MB) :
- move them all into a single folder
- open VIDEO_TS.IFO with your favourite media player.
If this does not work, open VTS_01_1.VOB instead.
