Bell ringing in London and the South East

The Charmborough Ring (Click to see video)

You will probably have come to this site having seen the Charmborough Ring in action.

The object of the Charmborough Ring is to promote the art of bell ringing in London and the South East.

From St Pauls Cathedral and Westminster Abbey, to lowly parish churches, there are over 170 rings of bells within the M25 area.

The bell ringers are a very mixed bunch, from teenagers to retired people, but we always welcome new members to our teams.

If you would like to find out more about bell ringing, or find somewhere to learn, please follow the links on the left hand side of the page.

Its not as easy as it looks, but you will find it a rewarding hobby.

All we ask of new recruits is that they are prepared to join a band and perform on Sundays and other special occasions.
