Ringing Foundation

A proposal to set up a Ringing Foundation was announced in the Christmas 2006 issue of The Ringing World, and the President of the Central Council wrote to all affiliated societies in January 2007.

Following a presentation and debate the previous day, a motion to the 2007 Council meeting to establish the Foundation was carried by a large majority. The following seven (of a possible 12) Trustees were appointed:
