Covers tower objectives, organisation and management, recruitment, training, church liaison, tower leadership and running ringing sessions.
The module is seminar based, with no practical ringing sessions. A role-playing game is used to simulate running ringing sessions. The module may delivered to a group of up to 30 people.

Provides small group tuition in teaching a new recruit how to handle a bell safely and gain good bell control. The students are given 'hands-on' experience of teaching under the close supervision of experienced tutors.
The module lasts 5 to 6 hours and is broken into two sessions. Group size should be strictly limited to 4 students, with 2 'guinea pigs' who have never handled a bell before.
The students are expected to be competent bell handlers themselves, but do not need previous experience of teaching.

Trains the students to teach ringers to raise and lower in peal, and to develop a band's ability to do so successfully.
Group size should be limited to 4 students who can themselves raise and lower in peal (but not necessarily on the Treble).
The module lasts 5 hours, divided into two sessions. The first covers teaching ringers to raise and lower in time with another bell, and needs two learners to act as guineapigs. They should be capable of raising a bell on their own, safely without assistance.
The second session teaches students to lead up and down in peal effectively. This session requires additional ringers who are competent to raise and lower in peal.

Trains the students how to train and develop ringers through the important stage between ringing Rounds and ringing methods. This includes teaching and calling call changes, the principles and practice of Kaleidoscope ringing, detecting and correcting errors, and coaching learners.
This module lasts 5 hours, in 2 sessions, both of which include practical ringing activity.
Group size should be limited to 4 - 5. Additional competent ringers are needed for the practical ringing sessions, and normally 2 learners at the stage to begin ringing call changes and/or Kaleidoscope exercises.
The detailed content of the practical sessions will be adapted to the particular needs of the students.

Trains the students to teach elementary method ringing, namely moving from call changes to Plain Bob.
The module lasts 5 hours and is divided into two sessions, both of which include practical ringing activity.
Group size should limited to 4 - 5 students who need not be advanced method ringers, but should be competent at Plain Bob. Additional competent ringers are needed for the practical sessions, and normally 2 learners at an appropriate stage to act as guinea pigs for the students to teach in the second session.

Trains the students to call straightforward touches of Plain Bob Doubles and Minor and will start to explore how to observe and use coursing orders to make sure the ringing is right.
The module lasts 5 hours and is divided into two sessions, both of which include practical ringing activity, with the opportunity to call touches.
The group is limited to 4 - 5 students who should be competent to ring the methods they intend to call, but need not be exprienced method ringers. Additional competent ringers are needed for the practical sessions.
